Computer Services

The Computer Services Division of Orr, Martin & Waters was established to provide clients with access to accounting professionals who could also provide relevant and up to date computer related support and advice.

The division is involved in systems design and development, software specification and recommendation, systems implementation and support.

Having no financial ties with either hardware or software vendors, our computer services division can provide objective advice and help clients find the most cost effective solution to updating or implementing computer systems.

Once a computer system is installed, Orr, Martin & Waters also provides ongoing support to clients.  This is provided on an hourly basis by way of telephone assistance, site visits, loading of new versions of software and trouble shooting.  This can also be provided on an annual basis if required.

With experience in Windows, MS-DOS, Unix and Novell networks, Orr, Martin & Waters currently support many clients with both stand-alone computer systems and also Novell networks.

Orr, Martin & Waters has the knowledge to help our clients' operations increase in overall efficiency and profitability by assisting in ensuring the client has the right hardware, operating systems and applications software to enable efficient use of their valuable time.
