At Orr, Martin & Waters all staff are treated with respect and as part of one big team.

Each year the staff organise the end of financial year party at their own will. Whilst the partners organise the end of year function.

We encourage our staff to organise quarterly team building events. Cultural lunches are also organised by staff to enable everyone to recognise cultural differences.
